Always drowning in my sorrows
No where to turn, clueless action
Between whom to believe; which truth?
Whispers tell me all about you

Your stories: I listen no more
Why lie about something so small?
Would anything have bothered me
When I thought of only you then?

Still you repetitively lie,
Nothings new. Same forever you.
Goodbye old me, Hello new me.
One you cannot deceive again.

You're gone, sorrows disappearing
New adventures to come to life
Friends are forever by my side
Smiles, laughs always ear to ear.

No more thoughts of you bring me down.
No more unfixed scars left behind.
Nothing left unanswered again.
The truth, forever stays with me.

No more cheating, secrets kept hush
I didn't want to tell no one
How you hurt me, but now no more.
Secret's out and you live with pain.

Everyday I remember, but I...
Can live another day, happy
Searching for another to love
For now, my friends are here with me.
